Interesting night of Idol. I'm thinking Ace is getting the boot this time. It was pretty much a wrap after Queen laughed at him about changing the arrangement of their song.
wow. awkward.
On the flip side, my favorites were Chris and Katharine.
Though my favorite moment of the night had to be Kellie's pelvic thrusts. Yeeeaaahhh! Dirrty!!! hahaha

Why has Ace been so painful?! He is so f-ing hot (those arms! those arms!), but he chose a butt-ass outfit and the WRONG SONG for his voice. Oy.
I guess Pickler (sadly) and Chris were my favorites. Chris' eyeliner was way too distracting, and he's gonna have to start singing in a different style at some point. He's kind of getting away with the same thing every week. I really wish he'd sung a more recognizable Queen song. Woulda made it more fun.

Really? Katharine??? This whole season I've really wanted to like her, but she keeps choosing songs that tax the top of her belting range, which she does NOT have under control. So essentially she ends up screaming, slightly off key. If she'd just let ME pick her songs she'd be golden!
Chris has been ridiculously consistent all season, both in talent AND lust appeal. Even though he may not be the most dynamic or entertaining, I think he definitely deserves to win. And the fact he operates best in one particular style shouldn't be a problem - AI winners like Carrie Underwood and Fantasia are primarily country and R&B singers respectively, but happen to have the ability to strech a little. And I think Chris showed he could do that last week when he sang the understated country song.
My other pick would be Elliott, but he doesn't have a chance in hell.
Last comment: Ace needs to GO. Last night I was honestly embarassed for him.
