As we all know, InTouch Magazine would NEVER print a lie, and this certainly sounds like the truth to me. It seems that our favorite Heinous Heiress Paris Hilton (not to be confused with Heinous Hair - that's Christina Aguilera) has been PRANK CALLING ex-best friend Nicole Richie at all hours of the night. Now doesn't that sound like something she would do? After watching Mean Girls on repeat? I would think so.
