Mariah Carey has announced the launch of her new women's fragrance - "M by Mariah Carey"

Mimi unveiled her scent to beauty editors at a lavish cocktail party in Soho last week, which she hosted with Elizabeth Arden, her fragrance licensee. And if Carey's musical prowess extends to her fragrance, Arden will have a hit on its hands as Mariah is the best-selling female musical artist of all time, with a string of 17 number-one singles. The new M by Mariah Carey will be available in stores in the fall.
